- Handling time includes order verification, packing, and dispatch preparation
- Handling time does not include delivery transit time

2. Order Cut-off Time
Orders are processed based on the time they are placed.

- Orders placed before the cut-off time may be processed the same business day
- Orders placed after the cut-off time are processed on the next business day
